Flash Monkey

A 2-day Game Jam in October 2023 at Icam Toulouse.

Theme: Innovation through time.

Team: Paul SAUBUSSE, Jules JOUVIN, Eliott JOUVIN.

Entirely coded in Python using Pygame. The code is a bit messy but it's playable ;)

Controls: Use the classic 'z,' 'q,' 's,' and 'd' keys to move, and 'e' to pick up items.

You control a little monkey who has been sent to the past to rediscover great innovations from our history. Each innovation has its own mini arcade game.

Level 1: Your task is to place all the sticks in the fireplace while avoiding lightning strikes. Be careful, the floor is slippery. To prevent slipping, press the 'space' key when changing direction.

Level 2: Your goal is to place all the items on the table to craft a tool. However, when the silly goat touches the table, all the items fall, and you have to start over. You can fight the goat by touching it before it touches the table. Additionally, watch out for the ravens coming from the sky. Be cautious; the raven's hit box is a bit buggy.
